# Orbigate > Orbigate (https://orbigate.com) is an AI agent for public tenders, for suppliers of public-safety, security, defence and infrastructure products and services. It searches the EU's Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), 21 national procurement portals in Europe, SAM.gov (United States) and CanadaBuys at once, and every morning screens the new tenders against what a company sells, in any language, and writes an AI decision card for the best matches: fit with the company, eligibility, usual number of bidders, who usually wins, and a recommendation. It is in a free beta. ## Who it is for - Small and mid-sized suppliers that want to win public tenders outside their home country: fire and rescue equipment, CCTV and video analytics, access control and perimeter security, drones and counter-drone systems, inspection and mapping, industrial (OT) cyber security, shelters and critical-infrastructure protection, and defence subcontracting. - European companies going cross-border, and non-EU companies (for example from the UK, US, Israel, Switzerland or Norway) checking which EU tenders they can bid on directly or through a partner. ## What it does - The agent: every morning it searches every source with the user's profiles, screens what is new against the company profile and the user's earlier Pursue/Pass decisions, writes decision cards for the best matches and gives a one-line reason for every tender it skipped. It drafts and prepares; it never contacts buyers or submits bids. - One search across 22 sources in 30+ countries, by keyword, CPV code or ready-made category, in every language (local-language notices are translated to English). - Decision cards: a one-page AI summary judged against the user's company profile, with fit score, eligibility, partners needed, deadline, value, contacts, documents and quotes from the notice, linked to the official notice. - Competition: the usual number of bids received for that type of contract in that country, from TED award notices, and a "low competition" flag. - Who wins: past winners by category and country, with winner size and country. - Country map, saved tenders, deadline calendar (with a calendar feed), CSV export, daily email digest and deadline reminders. ## Coverage - EU and EEA: TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), contract and defence subcontracting notices from 30+ countries, plus prior information notices. - United Kingdom: Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. - National portals: France (BOAMP), Germany (oeffentlichevergabe.de), Poland (BZP), Netherlands (TenderNed), Norway (Doffin), Italy (Pubblicità Legale, ANAC), Spain (Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público), Ukraine (Prozorro), Greece (KIMDIS), Croatia (EOJN), Serbia (Portal javnih nabavki), Switzerland (simap.ch), Estonia (Riigihangete register), Latvia (EIS), Finland (Hilma), Denmark (Udbud.dk), Romania (SEAP/SICAP), Sweden (e-Avrop). - Outside Europe: SAM.gov (US federal solicitations) and CanadaBuys (Canadian federal tenders). - Being connected next: Bulgaria and Lithuania. ## Facts - In a 12-month analysis of TED contract award notices (to October 2026), about 95% of contracts were won by a company from the buyer's own country, and SMEs won about 70%. - Price: free beta, 10 decision cards per account per day (more on request). - Orbigate is independent and not affiliated with the EU, TED or any national portal. The official notice always prevails, and decision cards are AI-generated estimates, not legal or bid advice. ## Pages - [Home](https://orbigate.com/): product overview, coverage and FAQ - [Create an account](https://orbigate.com/signup) - [Privacy Policy](https://orbigate.com/privacy) - [Terms of Service](https://orbigate.com/terms) - [Cookie Policy](https://orbigate.com/cookies) ## Contact Eddie Nudel, eddie@orbigate.com
